PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday -Friday) for us to prepare your order.  In most cases, your order will be ready ahead of this processing time but as a one wahine show, I want to make sure that I have enough time to do my best.  If you need an order any sooner, please contact me before placing your order.

SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.  If you wish to expedite or add insurance to your order, please contact info@ealaea.co.  The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.  Please ensure that you have input the correct address before placing order.  EALAEA is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or delays in shipping once package is being handled by USPS.  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

EALAEA does not accept returns or exchanges.  Most items are made to order and all sales are final.  However, we want you to LOVE your purchase.  We are only human and make mistakes sometimes.  Please contact us directly to discuss if your item is damaged/defective.  Make sure to include, your name, order # (if applicable), and a description/photo of the item so we may address the issue as quickly as possible.  This must be done within 3 days of receiving the order to work out an exchange or possible store credit.  If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us through info@ealaea.co and we will respond accordingly.  If your order does not arrive, please let us know!  You are responsible for all shipping fees regarding product being shipped to you or returned and we will only replace items that are defective or damaged.
